A Pretty Little Box
So this is a little box that I made for the fabric jewellery to go in. It folds open like a pizza box but is about 2" deep so that everything fits inside nicely.
The little rose is made of my favourite material ever - FELT :D - to make it I cut a super skinny strip of felt (about .5 x 20cm), rolled it up into a little spiral and then glued a circle of felt onto the back to keep it all together. I made a little label and put on a couple of sparkly squares in the corner et voilà!
(I made myself a brooch rose too in just the same way, only with a safety pin in the back, but it looks a little too hippy for my liking when it's actually on clothes and not a box so it's sitting on my dressing table now).
